Community health clinic in South Minneapolis for children ages newborn – 20, most of whom participate in Catholic Charities' Children's Services Division through Northside Child Development Center, Hope Street for Homeless and Runaway Youth or St. Joseph’s Home for Children.
Services:
- Direct health care to children, including immunizations and screenings
- Health and injury consultation
- Health-related information for children, guardians and staff
- Well-child and well-teen check-ups
- Developmental screenings
- Mental health screenings
- Dentistry and optometry referrals
- Pediatricians and nurse practitioners onsite in conjunction with the University of Minnesota

- Charitable care based on availability
2009 Program Results:
1,266 physical health screenings were completed
112 infections were treated at intake
322 abuse/neglect assessments were completed
Hours: Daily, 24 hours Registered nurses are onsite 17 hours each week day and 14 hours each weekend day and on call 24 hours a day.
