Counseling Services Group Therapy ProgramsFor more information or to register for any of these services, call 651-647-3186. All services are provided by professionally trained and licensed mental health professionals.
Couple Communication Program Learn how to listen and talk more effectively about concerns and differences in a way that helps increase understanding, reduce tension and hostility and enrich relationships. Couple Communication is a five-week program for adult couples. The first week is a 30-minute, required private orientation interview.
Classes are held from 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Tuesday evenings at Catholic Charities, 1276 University Ave., St. Paul, MN 55104. Cost is determined on a sliding fee scale. Childcare may be available upon request.

Men’s Therapy Group A general issues therapy group for men interested in reducing the effects of major life stressors, victimization and mental health issues. Most health insurance is accepted for payment. We also work on a sliding fee scale. The Men’s Therapy Group is offered from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. every Wednesday at Catholic Charities, 1276 University Ave., St. Paul, MN, 55104. Therapeutic Lifestyle Change Group for Depression A therapy group for people with a primary diagnosis of mood disorders. The group can stand alone or supplement individual counseling and will focus on evidence-based holistic lifestyle changes. Sliding fee scale and most insurance accepted. The group will meets from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Catholic Charities, 215 Old 6th St., St. Paul, MN 55102. Fall dates will be announced shortly.
