PROGRAM MANAGER I Housing First Program $34,220 to $42,235 Annually
Summary:
- Assists in the management of various components of specific program operations.
- Provides supervision of staff members, employee recruitment and coaching, volunteer management, fundraising and funding proposals and contract compliance activities.
- Provides input on policy and procedure changes, policy implementation, financial management, planning and development of new and existing program services, reporting, and budget preparation and management.
- Responsible for the delivery of client services within Catholic Charities standards, and legal and licensure requirements.

PSYCHIATRIC CONSULTANT St. Paul Office This is a contract position and not an employee of Catholic Charities SUMMARY:
- Provide professional clinical consultation to mental health professionals and practitioners within Catholic Charities Counseling Services.
- Assist in the determination of appropriate clinical treatment modalities and interventions.
- Provide psycho-education on current therapeutic best practices
- Provide education and consultation on psychopharmacology questions or issues with direct client population served
- Provide education and assistance on accurate DSM IV diagnosis
- Sign off on clinical/psychiatric consultation forms with recommendations made by multi- disciplinary team of mental health professionals and practitioners.
- Staff consists of clinical counselors from a variety of disciplines, as well as Master's Level interns.
- 4 hours per month; 2 hours each on the first and third Wednesdays of the month from 10 AM - 12 noon.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Holds a license from the state of Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker; Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

GROUNDSKEEPER Various Locations within Catholic Charities $11.00 to $13.35 per hour
SUMMARY: • Perform lawn care and snow removal as needed. • Perform daily trash pickup over entire grounds with special attention to fence lines, parking lots, driveways, and main entrance to ensure a neat and orderly appearance. • Maintain plantings within the building. • Fertilize turf areas, tees, shrubs, and flowerbed areas as needed or required at recommended ration/amounts. • Establish a yearly schedule for pre-/post-emergent herbicides, de-thatching, aerating, and over-seeding to promote a total spring green up of the grounds and to ensure a weed- and disease-free turf area. • Perform preventative maintenance/repairs on all grounds equipment and maintain a schedule/log of all maintenance and repairs. • Inspect and maintain all athletic areas: running track, ball/play field, exercise stations, and play stations. • Maintain and make repairs on underground irrigation system ensuring all areas are receiving the proper amount of water, and hand water any areas not covered by the irrigation system. Perform seasonal startup and shut down or irrigation system at the appropriate times. • Plant and maintain flowerbeds on ground and maintain community gardens and perform associated tasks to ensure proper adherence to policies and procedures. • Perform painting duties as directed. • Assist in the moving of office/unit furniture as directed. • Assist maintenance/custodial staff as directed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma and at least three (3) years of experience in lawn and garden care at a large complex. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis; requires repetitive movements at the waist and shoulders; requires heavy grasping, torquing, and operating of power tools and lawn/snow removal equipment on an occasional to frequent basis. • Ability to prioritize and organize work duties/requests. • Frequent contact with children and must be personable. • Must be able to show good judgment and be able to function on an independent basis. • Must have a valid Minnesota Class C driver’s license and a safe driving record. • Basic computer skills preferred.

DONOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST Catholic Charities Administration Center $31,345 to $39,215 Annually
SUMMARY: • Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of all charitable contributions and pledges. • Plans, coordinates, and prioritizes workflow of donor record maintenance, gift entry and processing, and gift acknowledgement. • Directs administrative processes, including acknowledgement letter generation, requests for additional information, pledge statements and reminders, and other activities, as assigned. • Under the direction of supervisor, ensures the integrity and accuracy of donor database through appropriate verification and audit procedures, training of staff, and special projects. • Serves as the first point of contact with donor and prospect inquiries, instructing how to make a gift, tax information, acknowledgements, change of address information, etc. • Oversees the processing of credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), stock, and mutual fund gifts to ensure security of donor information and validity of gifts processed and received. • Serves as a liaison to program staff and coordinates timely and secure exchange of information and recording financial and in-kind donations from program sites. • Reconciles monthly charitable contributions with Accounting and provides reports allocating charitable designations. • Develops working relationships with vendors; exchanges reports and data to ensure data integrity and donor privacy. • Administers gift credit in compliance with IRS and tax regulations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and minimum of five (5) years experience in similar work environment. • Three to five years experience working with Raiser’s Edge. • Three years of customer service experience preferred. • Detail orientation and understanding of IRS rules as they relate to gift credit necessary. • Strong oral communications and organizational skills required.

CUSTODIAN Part Time- .55 FTE Family Service Center $11.00 to $12.19 per hour
SUMMARY: • Clean up the building interior and exterior areas surrounding Family Service Center. This includes o Sweep/wash down public areas in the building (lobby, dining room, children leaning center, front desk area, clinic, laundry, and bathrooms) 2-3 times /day o Vacuum public areas (hallway, conference room, and office areas) 2-3 time/day o Clean residents’ rooms area as soon as they are vacant o Pick up trash laying of the sidewalks adjacent to the building o Pick up trash in the playground, empty the garbage containers and periodically sweep/wash down the area (this includes disposal of cigarette butts); o Clean up trash in the loading area including garbage that has been removed from the garbage containers. • Take garbage from public & office areas out to the dumpster; also take cardboard out to the recycling dumpster for cardboard. • Take care of hard floor maintenance/ kitchen floor scrub/ carpet shampoo as needed. • In the winter, shovel & snow blow the front entrance and sidewalk areas as needed. • In the summer, keep the playground free of weeds on a weekly basis and morn the lawn as needed. • Report any building maintenance/equipments problems to the Supervisor as soon as possible. The Supervisor will notify facilities management of any work that needs to be done. • Perform simple maintenance duties as requested by the Supervisor, including replacement of light bulbs. • Be able to lift 50lb.
QUALIFICATIONS: • High school or equivalent • Hospital or large building cleaning experience • Friendly disposition and able to work in occupied areas • Must possess good janitorial skills and be a self-starter
