Mary Hall Supportive Housing Program
The Mary Hall Supportive Housing program provides a dignified, affordable and supportive living environment that allows single homeless adults to transition successfully to permanent, stable housing.
The Supportive Housing program includes 80 private, furnished rooms with shared community areas. The program offers housing, case management, financial assistance and subsidized rent. Residents contribute 30 percent of their net income each month toward a savings plan, which they can use toward a rental deposit when they leave the program.
Services: - Housing for 56 men and 24 women on month-to-month lease

- Meals available at nearby Dorothy Day Center
- Subsidized rent; two-year maximum stay
2009 Outcomes:
- The Mary Hall Supportive Housing program served 190 single men and women
- 74 percent of residents moved into market-rate housing or housing that better addressed their needs
Resident Responsibilities: - Security deposit and first month's rent upon admission
- Work with case manager to achieve personal goals
- Participate in money savings program
- Alcohol and chemical use prohibited
